Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your GymCash account and everything in it at any time.
In the app
Open GymCash → Account → Delete account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all data.
By email
Or email hello@growmywebsite.com from the email address on your account. We verify and complete the deletion within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, email, and business profile
- All clients, packages, sessions, subscriptions, payments, and expenses
This is permanent and cannot be undone. Nothing is retained.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe to GymCash Pro, manage or cancel it in the Google Play Store (Payments & subscriptions). Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Play subscription.
